Dear Friends

I will be taking part in Kennedys' summer corporate challenge - Back 2 The Trenches: The Big Push. Back 2 The Trenches is a military designed obstacle course/mud run over 12km which sounds to me like damned hard work having never done anything like this before.

I will be running/hobbling for the firm's new corporate charity, Age International about which there is a blurb at the bottom but as it is quite long, and I know the majority of my friends have a short attention span I am simply asking for your support because

(a) It's for charity, and

(b) It will be quite funny to imagine a short fat bloke covered in mud moaning throughout 'Who's bloody stupid idea was this'.

Seriously though the elderly are quite close to my heart and I count myself as one of them as I will celebrate my 40th birthday exactly one week after the run (if I survive).
