In support of Justin, Sioned and Martin I shall be riding the first three days to Cardiff.

Its something I definitely wanted to be part of as Justin was for many years my biking buddy, having many adrenaline filled mountain bike adventures and the 'odd' scrape along the way.

I'm not a roady and I'm not sure I've ridden more than 80km in a day in my life, so while it is obviously a massive challenge for Justin and team it might prove quite a challenging for me!

The breakdown for me is 307km with 3640m of ascent in 3 days.

More to the point I would be vary grateful if you could donate to the MS Trust so people with MS like Justin can benefit from their support and innovation.
