On the 7th October I will be attempting to cycle from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle via a very circuitous 90 mile route.  Last time I did this I was spectacularly unprepared and this time I'm probably no better, so any sponsorship you can offer will provide much needed encouragement to keep pedaling!
