Myself and 13 other middle aged, optimistic, unfit friends, decided to take part in The London To Brighton Off Road Bike Ride.

It all seemed like a good idea whilst out drinking, but the date is now close,  and we are not much fitter than when it was first spoken about.  The only thing we can do now, is get on the bikes and give it our best shot. I'm sure the banter will keep everyone motivated to complete the distance, not to mention the chance of being fined heavily for not completing the ride.

So....ladies and gentlemen, friends and family, please consider donating any amount you can to this great cause. Its a team page with the grand total going to Julia's House, with the added bonus of the rider who raises the most money will be wearing fancy dress for the ride.
