<h3 class="UIIntentionalStory_Message" style="font-size: 13px; color: #333333; font-weight: normal; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"><span class="UIStory_Message">I'm raising money for Climb Your Mountain which is a vital charity based in Milton Keynes who offer free educational courses to help people understand and manage their mental health and well being.Whether it is depression, stress, anxiety, low confidence or low self esteem, Climb Your Mountain offers support, training,<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline;"> motivation and opportunities to prevent, deal with and overcome issues. They do this by focusing on exercise and inspiring physical activities together with offering educational courses to individuals and teams.<br /><br />In September 2011 I will be attempting the Inca Trial in Peru, a 4 day hike through the jungles and mountains to the historic town of Machu Picchu. I will be sleeping rough, and have no access to running water or toilets for 4 days. If that's not a reason to donate I don't know what is.. ;-)</span></span></h3>
