I'm abseiling 450 feet down Guys Hospital Tower in aid of ECHO (Evelina Childrens Heart Organisation) on 2nd May 2011 with my family to raise money for this excellent charity which supports children and their families with congenital heart problems.

My neice, Sophie, was superbly treated at Guys Hospital as a baby and its time for our family to do something to acknowledge the great work they do day in and day out. Soph has done her bit raising money via a cake stall as she's not old enough to join us abseiling yet.  Unfortunately, I am old enough and mad enough to say yes and hope you'll support me.
