We are the UK’s only dedicated hepatitis C charity. Our mission is to eliminate hepatitis C in the UK by 2030. Through our work, we aim to reach everybody living with or at risk of hepatitis C in the UK with effective education, testing and support through treatment.

Story

It's Janet Bebb's 50th Birthday!!

Didn't she look cute at 3. (Just as cute now as then)!

As a great supporter of the Trust & a dedicated fundraiser, Janet has kindly asked her friends & family to donate what they would have spent on presents for her on her 50th, to the Trust.

I was infected with Hepatitis C in 1985 through a contaminated blood transfusion after giving birth. The disease is a silent killer, attacking the liver and causing cirrhosis, liver cancer and ultimately death.

Half a million people in the UK have hepatitis C but a staggering 9 out of 10 people who have it, still don’t know!

The Trust relies heavily on donation to fund the vital work it does to help & support those affected by this silent killer.  So thank you so much for your generous donation

A very happy 50th to Janet!  Have a fabulous day -you deserve it!

The Trust is an invaluable source of accurate information & support to those diagnosed with this disease, as it was for me when I was diagnosed in 2007. It has become my aim to raise funds for the Trust and to raise awareness of this often overlooked disease and to call for compensation for those infected by tainted blood. .

Thank you so much to all who have sponsored & donated so generously to raise money so far.  It's a big mountain to climb, but with your help, we can make a huge difference.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thanks

Lesley
