<p>I trekked coast to coast in Costa Rica 2010 and found that not only did the money I raise help a wonderful cause, but I found some kind of peace after loosing a lovely husband who was also my best friend.</p> <p>I have therefore decided to walk the Inca Trail, Peru October 2011, in memory of a devoted grandad who was fondly know as 'Bubs' by&nbsp;our grandchildren - and it also keeps me fit and out of the pubs and betting shops!
