Ciara and I are running 5k to raise funds for Teens Unite in early December. This will be a challenge for me more than Ciara however we haven't yet run more than  around 2.5k with just weeks to go !!!

This fantastic charity  Teens Unite Fighting Cancer is dedicated to improving the lives of young people aged between 13-24 with life limiting illnesses. Teens Unite Help give teenagers quality time together on special days out, provide grants for hair replacement - for teenagers undergoing chemotherapy, their hairstyle is not so much an issue but rather the lack of any hair at all. Teens Unite are working with White Cliff Foundation to help provide teenagers with a new non-invasive hair replacement and longer term aims are to build respite homes specially for teenagers.
