Following some major changes in my life over the last few mouths I have decided it is time to take on a new challenge and whilst doing this raise money for a very worthy cause. 

As I  am still a regular visitor to the gym I only need to step up my routine to include some walking to prepare me for the trek which takes place in April 2010.  This challenge  involves 6 full days of trekking in fairly rough terrain, steep in places, along the Great Wall of China.

I need to raise at least £1,800 to take part, having funded some of the trip myself so I hope you will all be  generous with your sponsorship.
