Massive Thank You

London Marathon 2017 · 23 April 2017 ·
I would love to thank everyone who has donated to this great cause no matter the amount. It means so much to both me and my family. I had the great privilege of attending the after marathon party with Sarcoma UK and it opened my eyes to what a wonderful job the charity does and how appreciative they are of every penny received in their research of this terrible rare disease. I was not alone, there were many stories of loss and fights. wonderful organisation. Thank you again. If you have not received a personal thank you from me, it will be because just giving has not registered a name or you have not left your name in the narrative. Please drop me a text or a Facebook message through messenger so that I can thank you personally.
Thank you for visiting my page.I’m supporting Sarcoma UK, the only cancer charity in the UK focused on all types of sarcoma. Sarcoma is a cancer of the bone and soft tissue. It is one of the hardest to diagnose, and difficult to treat. We can help change this. By donating to my page, you will fund vital research projects looking for better treatments. Your donation will also raise awareness of the symptoms of sarcoma to help patients get an early diagnosis, and ensure everyone has access to specialist advice.Thank you for your support.
My dad recently passed away from peritoneal sarcoma. It was diagnosed too late to be treated and it was a short but aggressive illness. I promised my dad that I would run the marathon for this charity in his memory and I know he will be with me in spirit and give me the strength to complete this challenge.
