<p>The reason why I'm supporting Marie Curie Cancer Care is that my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005 and had to have a mastectomy. During 2011 her three younger sisters were all diagnosed with breast cancer and are now recuperating from the effects of the cancer treatment. &nbsp;My grandmother died of bowel cancer so this disease is probably lurking in my genes as well so I am being selfish by fund raising I am benefitting others now and perhaps myself some time in the future.</p> <p>Last year 413 people broke the Guinness World Record for the largest number of mixed nude swimmers and raised over &pound;25,000 for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
