Hi everyone,
On the 23rd July 2011 i will be doing a 160ft bungee jump to raise money for the special care baby fund.
The spcial care baby fund is a charity set up to support the Special care baby unit (scbu) at the Princess Royal Universtiy Hospital in farnbrough kent.
My son Rueben was born 13 weeks early and it was not known if he would make the end of the week. not only did he make the end of the first week he is now 16 months old and apart from a couple of minor problems is as normal as a little boy as you'll ever see. this is down in no small part to the fantastic nurses who helped him to survive for the first 3 months of his life and me and my husband would not have our gorgeous little boy at home if it wasnt for them.
we want to do everything we can to give them everything they need to continue to do everything they can to help out babies and families in the same situation. because not all babies are as lucky as rueben but we want to give them a chance.
so please help out as much as you can in helping me reach my target to give these nurses all the help they need.
