Bliss is the only national charity dedicated to improving both the survival and long-term quality of life for babies born too soon, too small or too sick to cope on their own and is a charity extremely close to my heart. My youngest son was born at 23 weeks gestation weighing just 1lb 7oz, he spent many months in hospital under going major surgery. I'm happy to report he is now a happy 14 year old.
