Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm dragging my ass around a half marathon to raise money for Cardiff University Hospital (and because I promised Cocky and Cheggers I would after a few beers at a bbq)

The money I raise will go towards new equipment and ensuring that other families know their loved ones are taken care off as well as my brother was when he had his accident and spent some time in the hospital.  It's also my way of saying thank you to everyone at the hospital for looking after Elliot.

So please give as much or as little as you want and I'll keep you updated on how the run and the Wednesday night training sessions go.
