Kilimanjaro Summit Challenge

Kilimanjaro, "The Roof of Africa", is the highest mountain on the continent and the highest free standing mountain in the world, located in Tanzania near the Kenyan border it is a gruelling climate, ranging from diffrent extremes as you go up nealy 6000 meters to the summit, I will follow the beautiful Machame route, the most physically challenging, approaching Kilimanjaro from the south, and through rainforest, moorland and scree, i will climb to its snowcapped summit at 19 344 feet for simply breathtaking views. This is a tough but spectacularly rewarding challenge. I really appreciate any support and after losing my mum to cancer 7 years ago and seeing my baby son battle menigitis and having life saving surgery at sheffield childrens hospital i really am in a position to understand how so many people suffer and what they go through, and that is my motivation to do this, but i cannot do this by myself and need as much support as possible, i am looking for fund raising ideas, and keep posted for any fundraisers i have coming up.
