Liam's Survival of the fittest page

I have Recently taking up running as a tool to losing some weight and in doing this I have realised that running is something that I enjoy and gain a lot of personal satisfaction from doing. I have decided to take on the Men's Health Survival of the fittest 10k which for me is pushing my body to limits that I have never done before, previously running the great winter run 2014 which is 5k and the longest distance I have achieved, I set myself a new goal and thought why not raise some money and help other people and let them benefit from my challenge to myself.
