On the 8th of July I'm taking part in a 3 day bike ride from London to Paris in aid of Breast Cancer Now. The total route is around 240 miles averaging 80 miles a day.

It's gonna be tough but worth it for the charity so anything you can donate will really help and make a difference for a fantastic research charity which is on the front line of tackling breast cancer.
