On Sunday 4th August I will cycling 100 miles through London & Surrey to help raise money for the NSPCC.

The NSPCC are the only charity in the UK who are fighting to stop Child Abuse. Everyday they receive on average 800 calls from young children who need help and support from child abuse.

Just £3 can fund one phone call which provides the speak out, stay safe programme and I am hoping to raise enough money to fund 170 calls.

Sadly this is a third of the calls the NSPCC receive on a daily basis.

PLease help me by sponsoring me just £3, which in itself will fund one extra call for a child in need.

Finally, wish me luck as I think I will definitely need it!!!
