Just a bunch of unfit guys trying to make it out alive from this year's Autumn Wolf run.

We will have to train hard to be able to complete the 10k challenge with all the obstacles and mud in the way.

We all work in IT so you can appreciate how much effort that will take as, at its best our daily workout consists of a walk to the coffee machines and back to our desks so this will not be an easy task.

Nothing is too much sacrifice for Marie Curie and I am sure a lot of fun will be involved.
