Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page to raise funds for my works charity of the year Mental Health UK.

As most of you will know, I have relied upon the great work of charities similar to Mental Health UK myself in the past and it is something that I feel we all need to support and get behind. Poor Mental Health will currently affect 1 in 4 people in their lifetime and currently effects 450 million people worldwide - that is the combined population of the USA, United Kingdom and France! 

So please give what you can afford to help this great charity, even if it is just a couple of quid out of your weekend kitty - it will go a long way to help reduce those figures!
