Largactyl Shuffle is the monthly walk run by Cooltan Arts, a charity which provides creative and support space for people with mental health problems. It is a unique space in Southwark which needs your help to move from the current premises on Walworth Road to a purpose built place.

The October walk on 10th October, 12:00 noon start, is the sponsored one and it coincides with the World Mental Health Day.

I will be tricycling (slowly) from the Maudsley Hospital on Denmark Hill down to Tate Modern. Oh and those are not my trainers.
