We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Story

On 31st October I am going to be walking over hot coals, yes, actual HOT COALS, in aid of victims of stroke.

The money raised will go towards The Stroke Association who do some amazing work. They help provide information, support and financial assistance to those affected by strokes and their families. They also fund research into prevention, treatment and rehab.

Strokes are the leading cause of adult disability and the 3rd biggest killer in the UK - about 150, 000 people including children and babies suffer from stroke every year so this is for a really really good cause!

I know we're all skint at the moment but whatever you can afford, even one pound, would help and be very much appreciated :)

Thanks, Lily xx

PS you can come down and cheer me on in Millenium Square on the night if you like!
