This April, Nick, Ben, Nicole and Joff will be 'running' the London Marathon on behalf of UK Youth who are the leading national youth work charity supporting young people, helping them to raise their aspirations, realise their potential and have their achievements recognised via non-formal, accredited education programmes and activities.
This is a fantastic cause that supports more than 750,000 young people, 7000 youth groups, clubs and projects and more than 40,000 volunteer and part-time youth workers throughout the UK.
Their work with young people can and does make a lasting impact by encouraging young people to take responsibility and become involved citizens. It gives a voice to people who are too rarely heard and builds skills that will remain useful throughout their lives.
We fully appreciate the amount of donation requests that people receive these days, but this is an extremely worthy cause (as after all, 'the children are our future'!!) and so any contribution you can make will be very much appreciated!
