This year I ( and five colleagues) are taking part in the Great South Run to raise funds for the Duchenne Family Support Group. This charity supports families affected by Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy a life limiting condition. Please have a quick look at their web pages.

I am training hard as I don't want to be the last team member across the finishing line! I want to beat my previous time for ten miles of just over two hours.
