Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In a very weak monent I volunteered to take part in the Etape Caledonia charity cycle race. This event starts at Pitlochry, goes for a wee loop around Loch Tummel, Loch Rannoch and then up the side of Schiehallion before returning to Pitlochry. A mere 80 + miles!  I will be accompatied by about 5000 other lycra clad cyclists most of whom will be far fitter than me.

 

My aim is to finish the race in less than 5 hours and better still get a faster time than my sloth like son, who despite never doing  any training is pretty speedy on a bike.

I will be raising money for Marie Curie cancer care.
