I have been trying to get fit and healthy for a couple of years, & have inspired my kids to join me. My daughter Jenny really wanted to do a triathlon; & having supported her through her life changing journey I couldn't say no!

My family, friends & colleagues have been touched by cancer over the years & I want to help support this great cause & help beat cancer.

I will sadly be remembering my friend Kathy's lovely smile & courage in her battle as I swim, cycle & run; & will be hoping for a better outcome for all my family and friends currently fighting their own battles
