As many of you know i was very fortunate to receive  a double lung transplant in May 2009.  Unfortunately i have gained some weight since then and need to loose about 3 stone. Which i aim to have lost by the end of September 2011.  It would be lovely if you felt you could sponsor me . My Charity is the Alpha-1 uk Support group , who have supported me for over 10 years. I couldnt have coped with my illness without them.   

 The charity supports over 200 online group members and over 1200 Facebook members. It would be lovely to be able to raise some much needed funds for the group and of course it would help keep me on the straight and narrow too :-) I know times are hard and we are always being asked to dig deep into our pockets so any amount  you felt you could give no matter how small would be so greatly appreciated.
