So last summer I felt I needed to get fit and started Jazzercise. It's worked and I've met a great bunch of ladies - all of whom are as adept as me at the impromptu solo (aka getting it wrong!). Then our lovely instructor Sarah, who is a dermatology nurse set up this 3 hour challenge in aid of Skcin, a national charity which is dedicated to raising  awareness about sun safety - 86% of skin cancer cases are preventable - and provides free information and education programmes to help people detect early signs and symptoms, and thus save lives. . 

It's going to be a long hard slog - so please support me in raising money for this fantastic cause. 

Oh, and thankfully Jazzercise has absolutely nothing to do with Jazz!! :-)
