As some of you will be aware good friends of mine lost their little princess to Meningitis weeks before her second birthday. Although heartbreaking Paula and Matt both turned their focus to raising awareness and thankfully now all newborns now receive the meningitis vaccine as part of the infant vaccination programme.

Paula and I each year do a 5k run for charity and this time we are running to continue to raise awareness of Meningitis.

I know there are lots of requests for donations for many charities but if you can spare the cash please donate. 👼🏼💕
