Story

Ok so 6km may not seem a long way, and I know some people run this distance many times a week, (my fit mother being one of them) however the real challenge for me is not the distance (although my unfit post baby body does have issues climbing the stairs currently and I haven’t run for nearly 2 years now) but rather the extremely scary thought of throwing myself in and over and crawling through various obstacles and copius amounts of mud. MUD! Wet, cold, dirty mud :(

Why you ask? Yes I have asked myself this question also (a good few times), however firstly, and most importantly because its all in aid of a great cause, and secondly because I think its time I give myself a reason to get back in the gym and push myself outside my warm and comfy mummy zone!

If you want to see photo's of me covered head to toe in mud trying desperately to look as if I have enjoyed myself and make a difference to many people please donate. Its a win win situation :)

Thanks so much xxxx
