Along with friends I will be doing the 7 mile Snowdon Horseshoe in Wales in June. This is a particularly interesting challenge as it involves 'Crib Goch' a knife edge ridge with a sheer drop either side, 3000 feet up!

As most people know I love an adventure and so thought Id put this to good use and do my bit. Ive done a few mountian walks but never quite something this intense so for me its a personal challenge and a route Id like to 'bag'.

Weve chosen Teenage Cancer Trust as this charity do amazing work and any support we can give is a help.
