I am doing the Santa Run in Newcastle Exhibition Park on Sunday 6th December, with a gang from work.

I feel a little embarassed asking those of you who regularly run marathons and triathlons to sponsor me for running just 4K!   I will be wearing a santa suit and it is for a good cause - The Sunshine Fund, which is a charity for disabled children in the North East.
