Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Those of you who know me well will realise how extrodinary this is. Me, who hasn't done exercise in at least 3 years (well apart from the regular boogie with a large glass of vino in hand (See image) which I am told doesn't count), taking on a the Bristol 10k in May.

 It may only be 10k, but this really does require serious training when you have not done anything for 3 years, and at this moment in time, given that my first attempt at training in December resulted in me being forced to rest for 8 weeks and requiring physio for a severely 'pulled (bum) muscle', the very thought of this makes me feel pysically sick. That said, i am determined and intend this to be the start of more significant distances.

Everyone has to start somewhere, so please, please, please help motivate me and donate for this really great cause!
