I am running twentyish miles of muddy, hilly, boggy, beachy, multi terrain race! It is one of the toughest races around! And I quote "All it takes, is all you've got!" 

It is called 'The Grizzly'

Yes I am crazy!! But my mate Gems told me to do it again this year but to raise money for the sick children trust! Gems is sadly not going to be phoning me or texting me this year or encouraging my training like she did before! She will be watching my every step from heaven and telling me to get my butt up them hills!!!
