In 2006 After a well fought battle the day came and Cancer 1 My Dad 0.... the rollercoaster emotional ride that I travelled was one that is extremely difficult to put into words but it's a personal battle that can and will make you stronger for it.... 

So for my part I do what I can to help others through their battle or journey I am fit and healthy I can not run but I can ride a bike so this is the challenge that I choose.... should you wish to support me and I very much hope that you will then I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ and together we can fight this fight...!
