The Peace Hospice cares for people living with life limiting or terminal illnesses and supports their families. It provides inpatient care, day care, an outpatient service, a hospice at home service as well as bereavement support. This is a charity that is incredibly worthy of support and very close to my heart and in order to help raise them some much needed funds I'll be taking part in the Santa Dash round Rickmansworth Aquadrome on December 6th.

 

This year they needs to raise £3million of charitable income in order to run and develop its services. All the care that they provide to patients and their familes is completely free.
