30 January 2017 : Update: 1 day to go.!
I have run every day since NYE - mostly over 1 mile a day. And as of the 17th January I am now training for the London marathon and have pledged to raise £2000 . And in October I couldn't run to the end of my road!
17 February 2017 10 miles in 1 hr and 45 minutes.
Half marathon booked for 5th March. - missed but did 12 miles two days before.
18 March - 14 miles 2 hrs 42!
25 March 16 miles
31 March - run for 3 hours or 20 miles!
Train 3 x a week!
7.4.17 Update
Missed 20 miler due to injury. No running for 2 weeks. Rest and physio.
Yesterday told to start running again - will hurt but the physio thinks I will be ok - more appts booked over next 2 weeks.
Need to recover my cardio fitness - 2 weeks lost needs 4 to recover! I have only 2 weeks!
Onwards and upwards!
