In less than two weeks I'm going to abseil 140 ft from the roof of our office building, the Skypark in Glasgow, to help raise money for a very worthy cause.

Cash for Kids is a charity that helps the local communities, especially vulnerable and disabled children, organising lots of projects to give them the support they need.
