We are running the Cardiff 10k on the 8th September to help raise awareness and much needed funds for CF Trust.  The reason we are doing this is because our friends beautiful daughter Nancy has CF.  Nancy is 2 years old.  Cystic Fibrosis is a life limiting genetic condition that affects all the organs in the body, primarily the lungs.  Nancy has to take a huge amount of medication every day to prevent damage to her lungs and to enable her to absorb food.  She has 2 hours physio every day.  

please help us raise as much as we can for Cystic Fibrosis Trust.  Hopefully one day a cure will be found for Nancy and others that suffer with CF.
