Aaron and his Plymstock United Colts team mates are doing a sponsored swim on Sunday 8th March in memory of Arthur William Granville from Plympton, Plymouth who was born on 30/12/2013.  He was diagnosed with SMA Type 1 at 9 weeks and sadly passed away on 10/5/2014. SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) is genetic, incurable and currently untreatable. It is the leading genetic killer of infants and toddlers. SMA Trust are the only UK charity solely dedicated to funding research into SMA. Their objective - be active & progressive in the search for a cure and treatments for SMA.

Plymstock United Colts want to support the SMA Trust in their work to find a cure for SMA.
