Well Lizzie and I ran last year, at Sutton Park. It was a very moving experience with 3000 runners/ walkers, all carrying messages for lost or still fighting cancer victims. I dragged Lizzie with me running for at least 3,1/2K before she needed a walk. she did really well. Thank you everyone who has sponsored me on what was a very humbling experience. You all helped me raise £215, and so this year with Liz nagging we are doing it again.

I am trying to raise money for Cancer Research. As I get older I have started losing friends and relatives to this horrible disease. I know many touched by it and I just want to do a little in memory of a few. RIP grandparents, Aunt Rose dearest Friends, Pete, Sylvia, Brenda and father in law Jack, to name just a few.
