  Right update, well I did it, I have my medal I completed the London Marathon in 4hrs 52 mins.... thank you for all your support....  what a great day, the support from the crowds are truly amazing, great experience.....xxxxxxxxxx

I am running for a great charity,  called TCT - Teenage Cancer Trust.....Each day in the UK, 6 teenagers will find out they have cancer. TCT is striving to make life better for them.

 Im sure we can only imagine what it must be like for the children suffering and for  the parents, carers and family. I would like to do my bit by running for this well worth charity and I really hope you can all help me by sponsoring me to achieve this big milestone...well 26.2 miles actually..........

 

Ill keep you updated on here, on how my training is going and what events I am also doing to help raise money....

Right - 1st mission - charity event is Friday 27th November - I am doing something which will be impossible but will give it a go...I am going to be my local pub The Wheatsheaf from 5pm - 9pm and sit there with all my friends etc and NOT I say NOT say a single word...... A SPONSORED SILENCE..... All donations gladly appreciated, I think this maybe harder than the Marathon itself.... aaarggghhhh.. If you are free and want to see me sat in silence then pop down...Im sure you will all find it highly amusing......   Ill let you know if I managed it....... x

 

 

Hiya well its the 7th March and 7 weeks to go, Did a 14.4 mile run yesterday and didnt find it too bad, although my knees , legs and hips are letting me know today ...lol....

Got the fleet half in 2 weeks time then going for the 18-20 miler so will let you know how that goes....
