This year I have decided to take on the challenge of cycling from Northampton to Ypres (Belguim) over 3 days averaging 80miles per day.  This is going to be an immense challenge as road biking is not my strongest pastime however, after being introduced to the Hope charity and the work they do I feel it is well worth supporting and hope you agree after looking at their webpage.  It would be fantastic if I could raise £500 for them and any contribution would be much appreciated - also any offers of company on a training bike ride would be most welcome :)  many thanks Lisa xx
