Lisa's London Marathon Journey

London Marathon 2018 · 22 April 2018 ·
In November 2015, my son Dylan received a stem cell transplant to treat his relapsed Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. His stem cell donor was provided by Anthony Nolan.
In very simple terms Anthony Nolan saved Dylan's life. Without them he wouldn't be here today.
I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for us.
Running the London Marathon in 2018 will be an enormous challenge for me. I need to raise a minimum for £1850 and I need your help, please donate as much as you can! Thank you.
Every day, Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with a blood cancer or blood disorder. They do this by matching incredible individuals willing to donate their stem cells, to people who desperately need a lifesaving transplant. They also carry out cutting edge scientific research, fund specialist post-transplant nurses and support patients and their families through the transplant process and beyond. They won’t stop until they save the lives of everyone who needs a stem cell transplant. Every penny you donate brings them closer to that day.
