Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with blood cancer. Founded in 1974, by growing our register of stem cell donors, conducting research and supporting patients, Anthony Nolan cures blood cancer and blood disorders. But we need to do more. Without you, there is no cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I work for Wilkinson, and we are sponsoring the Anthony Nolan Charity this year.  Myself an a collegue have 'voluntered' ourselves to tak part in a Castaway 5 day Challenge.

We will be taken to a unknown location off the South Coast, and have to survive for 5 days.......this means no mobile      :( no make up ...aaaggghhh , no alcohol and only one change of clothes.....we have to live, eat and build our own shelters and just survive by ourselves for the 5 days.

This charity does not get any goverment funding, and the are over 7,000 children and adults waiting and hoping to find a suitable bone marrow donor.  It costs £125 to tissue type each potential new life-saving donor who goes on our register in the hope that they will be the perfect bone marrow match for someone who is sadly suffering from leukaemia.

I have recently joined the bone marrow donor register, in hope of helping someone that need this life saving bone marrow.  We are also doing lots of fund raising events in store at work to raise as much money as possible, this challenge is just one of them, so please give what you can, every little helps. I need to raise a minimum of £600 to take part in this event, but the more we raise the more lives we can save!!!

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thankyou
