First of all let me say once again, “thank you” for helping me raise nearly £800 for Combat Stress last year. But I am at it again and my aim this year is to go even further and raise as much as I can for the RAF Benevolent Fund, a charity close to all our hearts. Times are hard I know, but I am really throwing myself at a new Challenge and I have entered the Cheshire triathlon!! GULP!!! What is more, the week after I am also running the Manchester 10K so I am really throwing myself at it with the hope that you will all appreciate that I am really giving myself a huge challenge for this great Charity that is so much in demand as a result of the terrible incidents that are happening in Afghanistan.
