As you may know, in May 2009 Jason and I adopted our dog Max, a 2-year-old cross breed, from Dogs Trust in Darlington. The first years of Max's life were rough, he was in and out of homes and needed more attention than his previous owners could give and was a stray before he came to live with us. Like so many other dogs at Dogs Trust he just needed a good stable and loving home. I really believe in everything Dogs Trust does, they never put a healthy dog down and do their best to find loving homes for dogs who desperately need them. 

On 18 October Max and I are participating in the Darlington Dogs Trust Waggy Walk. The Darlington walk is one of 10 country-wide walks taking place at the same time all over the country! The goal is for this to be the biggest dog walk in the UK. Please support Max and I and help us raise money for the charity that brought us together.
