Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Anya is two years old has been fighting an aggressive cancer called Neuroblastoma since October 2011.

Anya’s parents want their daughter to receive the proven Children’s Oncology Group neuroblastoma treatment, which uses the antibody ch14-18, and cytokines IL-2 and GM-CSF. This treatment will help stimulate Anya’s immune system so that her own body should be able to recognise and attack the neuroblastoma if it was to return.

This treatment is only avaliable in the United States and is not available in the same format in the UK. The proposed treatment and associated costs of £250,000 will not be funded by the NHS which is why Anya needs your help.

We felt as a family that we wanted to help Anya and her family as they near the required amount - at present they still need £56,000.

So please sponser My husband Iain and sister in law Sarah to walk up Moel Famau. http://www.moelfamau.co.uk/. They will be doing the walk on Saturday 14th September.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.

Any amount you can give will help Anya on her way to America.
