On Wednesday 3rd July I will be walking a marathon to raise money for the Liverpool Ocular Oncology Research Group (LOORG). The 27 miles will be in memory of our colleague Renee who sadly passed away last year from a rare form of ocular cancer.

Cancer is a disease that unfortunately effects most families in the UK. The work of groups like LOORG is essential, but would not be possible without donations! 

Any donations will be going to a great cause to not only help fund much needed research on ocular cancer treatment, but also raise awareness for rare cancers which are often overlooked.
